Our first sparkling wine from our young estate vineyard. This traditional-method, very limited release bubbly shows notes of toasted almonds, green apple, and Asian pear. Fermented in bottle for 32 months before disgorgement, this wine was finished with zero dosage for a true expression of our terroir. We are thrilled to finally share this wine and look forward to its further evolution in bottle.
