From the stunning 2019 vintage, our cellar worthy Cabernet Sauvignon is a glorious 4-barrel lot. Aged for 32 months in seasoned French oak barrels, this is a sophisticated version of what this classic varietal can do in Niagara. This Cabernet Sauvignon is delicate and an ideal example of a cool climate Niagara vintage. Ripe berry on the palate with spice in the finish, this wine would pair beautifully with a hearty beef stew, mushroom risotto, or pepper-crusted ahi tuna.
